Poppy Seed Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 cups milk (or water)

  • 1 tablespoon Hasho Poppy Seed Paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, bring the milk (or water) to a boil.

  2. Add the rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Once the oatmeal thickens, stir in Hasho Poppy Seed Paste and ground cinnamon.

  4. Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
