At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our reach to more countries soon!
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $25 or more. Please note that orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after submission.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by carrier transit times.
Refunds + Replacements
Hasho does not accept returns for any items. If an item is broken, damaged, or in generally poor condition, please report to Hasho within 7 days via support@gethasho.com and include a photo. We will evaluate refunds or returns on a case by case basis.
Hasho is not responsible for lost or missing items once shipped. Please contact the carrier to file a report.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
