Poppy Seed Puding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Hasho Poppy Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh strawberries, diced (for topping)

  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir in the Hasho Poppy Seeds and chia seeds until well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a creamy pudding consistency.

  4. When ready to serve, stir the pudding to loosen it up if needed.

  5. Spoon the pudding into serving glasses. Top generously with diced fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest.

  6. Serve chilled!
