Poppy Seed Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon Hasho Poppy Seed Butter

  • 1 cup almond milk (or dairy milk)

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
